Selection tips

Choose deeply colored bunches with crisp, springy leaves.  There should be no thick stems or strong odor.

Storage tips

Wash Kale leaves thoroughly to remove soil, then wrap in a moist cloth or paper towel. Kale can be stored in a perforated plastic bag in a 32-34°F refrigerator for  3-5 days.
