Morningside University

The Morningside University Garden to Table Experience started eight years ago with a $10,000 grant secured through Dr. Paulsen's History of Food course. Since then, the garden has produced 14,085 pounds of food, with 4,681 pounds donated to Siouxland Food Bank distribution sites. The addition of the Cargill Outdoor Classroom and Lags Greenhouse has further boosted production. We're proud to nourish our students on campus and contribute to addressing local food insecurity in Siouxland.
