Yoga in the Garden

Join us at 9:30am on Saturday, September 21st for yoga in the flower garden.  Let the hustle of life fade away while you take in the beautiful sights on the farm. Bethany with Begin Again Yoga will lead you through a 60-minute yoga practice to awaken the body through mindful movement and breath work. Enjoy tranquil, beautiful views of the Cottage Garden and flower fields in the idyllic Iowa countryside. In addition to yoga, guests will have the opportunity to tour the 22-raised bed Cottage Garden, and the one-of-a-kind Willow Cottage & Garden, a beautiful custom-made cottage with a beautiful garden, including a fountain and 16-foot flower tunnel.  After class feel free to explore the farm and relax.
