ce against the scenic backdrop of our farm’s Tour Center pond. You’ll enjoy an upscale, four-course meal featuring locally sourced foods prepared by Chef Zach Gardner of The Spire. After the meal, enjoy a trolley ride to the farm and visit our cows and kangaroos.
The menu includes:
• Le Petit baguettes and gourmet butter boards
• Kiwi vinaigrette salad with local greens, cheese curds and yuzu citrus pearls
• Wagyu-Holstein Prime Rib with Au Poivre cream sauce, roasted potatoes, root vegetables and dinner roll
• Marbled crème brûlée topped with berry compote and whipped cream
Non-alcoholic beverages will be served, and guests may bring their own favorite wine and beer. No hard liquor, please. After the meal, take a trolley ride to the farm and visit our cows and kangaroos.
This event is only for adults 21 and older. Seating is limited to 50 guests. Bring a date or make it an evening out with friends!
