Choose Iowa Presents: Flights of Fancy with Iowa Wines

Savor a curated selection of Iowa's finest wines from crisp whites to robust reds to delectable dessert wines, each handpicked to showcase the unique terroir and craftsmanship of Iowa’s vineyards and paired with Choose Iowa gourmet bites to complement and enhance the flavors of each wine. Presented by Choose Iowa featuring Anne Zwink of Soldier Creek Winery. Featuring Soldier Creek Winery wines paired with fresh or dried fruit (apples, peaches, strawberries, blueberries, cherries, aronia berries), meats, breads and special fair pairing with Picket Fence Creamery cheese curds. These presentations are included with Iowa State Fair admission. During the Iowa State Fair, you can join Choose Iowa in The Kitchen at 1 p.m. every day for a presentation featuring Iowa producers and chefs sharing on a variety of topics. The Kitchen can be found between the DNR Building and the Barksdale’s Cookie Stand on Grand Avenue.
