PFI Field Day: Cultivating an Experience: Engaging Through Agritourism, Marketing and Production at Rose Farm

3:00 PM — 5:00 PM on Sunday, June 23, 2024
Hosts: Karri & Patrick Rose | Rose Farm

Karri Rose wants to welcome you to her farm, where magic awaits. The former executive director of beauty brand Aveda, Karri and her husband Patrick Rose opened Rose Farm to the public in 2019, and have been growing ever since. In addition to managing 3 acres of cut flowers and 2 acres of pollinator habitat, they cultivate an array of memorable guest experiences and employ a consistent business philosophy across enterprises.

On the production side, dahlias are a key offering; Karri and Patrick are excited to share what they’ve learned about managing the demanding crop. Karri’s business savvy, gained from her previous career, leads her to always assess what does and doesn’t work, and to identify new opportunities.
