Selection tips
Choose tomatoes that are firm, fully colored, plump, and have green stems. Avoid brown spots.
Storage tips
Place tomatoes stem side down at room temperature. They can be stored at room temperature for 5-6 days. Refrigerating causes flavor loss, so only refrigerate for a few days.
