Salsa Fresca

This Salsa Fresca is perfect when either served with tortilla chips or on top of tacos.

Ingredients
  • 2 Beefsteak tomatoes diced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 jalapenos seeded and finely diced.
  • Lime juice from 2 limes
  • Cilantro or parsley. 1/2 cup minced.

Directions
  1. Combine tomatoes and salt and let sit for twenty minutes. 
  2. Strain off excess water and add the rest of the ingredients. 
  3. Taste and adjust with more lime juice or salt if needed.
