Selection tips
Choose mustard greens with stems that aren't thick and dried out or brown. Look for green, fresh looking leaves that don't have blemishes or yellowing.
Storage tips
Wrap unwashed greens in paper towels and store loosely in plastic bags. Mustard greens will keep in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
