Selection tips

Choose Swiss chard with firm, brightly colored stems and sturdy, dark green leaves that are fresh looking.  Avoid discolored or damaged leaves.

Storage tips

Store Swiss chard in plastic bags in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.  Wash just before serving.
