We are a USDA inspected locker. We will process your Beef, Hogs, and Deer. Not only will we process your animal but we do all in-house specialty meats. We make Summer Sausage, Sticks, Ring Bologna, Jerky and more.
Our retail has a variety of your favorite cuts of local, Iowa beef and pork. We process several hogs and beef weekly to supply our freezers and fresh cases.
