Selection tips
              Kohlrabi should feel firm, and have smooth skin. Flavor is mildest when the thickened stems are 2-3 inches in diameter.
Storage tips
              Wash Kohlrabi thoroughly and store with stems removed. Store in perforated plastic bags in the refrigerator for up to three weeks.
