  • 1T White Sugar
  • 1T Brown Sugar
  • 1T Kosher Salt
  • 1T Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1T Cracked Juniper Berry
  • 1T Cracked Allspice
  • New York Strip Steak cut approximately .75-1 Inch Thick

  1. Mix spice rub and apply to steak
  2. Heat pan on high heat. Add oil/fat to pan
  3. Sear steak to desired doneness
  4. Let rest for 5 minutes then thinly slice.
