- Whole Brussels Sprouts
- 1 Quart Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Granulated White Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Kosher Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Mustard Seed
- 1/2 Tablespoon Red Pepper Flake
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Minced Garlic
- Lola's Green Jalapeno & Serrano Hot Sauce to Taste

- Cut brussels stem off and in half length wise.
- Simmer the remaining ingredients and chill
- Once chilled, marinate brussels sprouts overnight in sauce
- Drain well and ensure as much liquid has been removed as possible.
- Deep fry until cripsy.
