  • 2 large golden beets
  • Olive Oil
  • Kosher Salt

Directions
  1. Toss beets lightly in oil
  2. At 350 degrees, roast beets whole until slightly soft.
  3. Slice thinly width wise
  4. Sprinkle with olive oil and salt to taste.
