Ingredients
  • Whole Brussels Sprouts
  • 1 Quart Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup Granulated White Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Kosher Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Mustard Seed
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Red Pepper Flake
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Minced Garlic
  • Lola's Green Jalapeno & Serrano Hot Sauce to Taste

Directions
  1. Cut brussels stem off and in half length wise.
  2. Simmer the remaining ingredients and chill
  3. Once chilled, marinate brussels sprouts overnight in sauce
  4. Drain well and ensure as much liquid has been removed as possible.
  5. Deep fry until cripsy.
