Piggyback Smoke Shack
Once a restaurant open to the public, Piggyback Smoke Shack has taken on the ultimate challenge of transitioning from a restaurant into a ‘ghost kitchen’. With the much earned reward of more flexibility, the new ‘ghost kitchen’ concept allows us to better serve our community with creative and innovative approaches to local food. We are here for all of your smoked & bbq food needs through catering, events, pop-ups, and our online products.

the Market-Osage
The Market was born as an inspiration to promote our local food scene; A central location and hub for all things ‘local food’; fueling & connecting our community with all of the local bounties for an elevated food shopping experience.
