Royal Acres Honey

I started beekeeping in spring 2018 on my small acreage near Truro, Iowa, although I live in Urbandale. As with any beekeeper I love to talk bees, so unless you have time and are interested, don't get me started. :-) I run anywhere from 2 to 5 hives throughout the summer, so I'm a small hobby operation and have only sold my goods through friends, family and word of mouth in the past. If you find me on Choose Iowa, reach out. Honey harvest is in August and honey is available from August until I run out which can be as early as December or as late as March the following year. I also sell other products including lip balm, cuticle cream, and creamed honey (various flavors).
