Ingredients
- 2 Beefsteak tomatoes diced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 jalapenos seeded and finely diced.
- Lime juice from 2 limes
- Cilantro or parsley. 1/2 cup minced.
Directions
- Combine tomatoes and salt and let sit for twenty minutes.
- Strain off excess water and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Taste and adjust with more lime juice or salt if needed.
