At Crossroads Beef, we are proud to combine over 130 years of family farming heritage with a forward-thinking commitment to sustainability. Originally a row-crop farm in the heart of Iowa, we made a transformative decision to adapt to the changing agricultural landscape, giving rise to a cattle operation rooted in caring for the animal, the land, and securing a legacy for future generations.

Our Red Angus cattle roam freely on spacious pastures, grazing on a carefully cultivated blend of perennial grasses and legumes. Through adaptive rotational grazing, we ensure both our cattle and the land thrive. No confined feedlots here—our cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, resulting in nutrient-dense, flavorful beef that's naturally high in Omega-3s, vitamins, and minerals.
