Carbo Load Baked Goods

My bakery is sourdough focused. I am bringing back the love of carbs and how carbs are nutrient dense to our bodies. I include locally grown kernza in all of my products, along with any local ingredient I can get my hands on! I am passionate on educating people about the benefits of the microbiome of sourdough and how being diabetic, like myself, doesn’t limit the fact our bodies need this fuel!
