These candied pecans are the perfect, crunchy addition to your favorite salad recipe!

Ingredients
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2-3 cups of pecans
Directions
- In pan, add the brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and water. Heat over medium stirring occasionally.
- When this mixture comes to a boil, stir continuously for 30 seconds.
- Stir in the pecans. Start with 2 cups and if there is a lot of syrup left once they have been stirred in, add more pecans. Add more pecans as long as there is enough syrup to coat them.
- Cook the pecans for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously so the nuts on the bottom do not burn.
- Pour the pecans on parchment and spread out. Let cool.
- Once cooled, and no longer tacky, put in an airtight container.
